Anal sex tip: Anal can be very pleasurable for women as well as men, for women because the rectum shares a wall with the vagina, and the sexual nerves are actually closer on that side, which makes the sensation unique, stronger and orgasmic if performed properly. Anal sex for men the sensation comes from the prostate gland also known as a "male G-spot", "P-spot", or "A-spot" can be stimulated during anal intercourse to achieve full orgasm.

Male Anal Sex Tips

There is a popular saying between women and men who try anal sex twice: once to see how it is and twice to see if it was really that good!

Most people believe that anal intercourse hurts and that it is always an uncomfortable experience. This is quite simply false. As with any form of intercourse, the anus, like the vagina, must become used to the activity. Any woman who remembers her first time having sex probably recalls a painful experience. In fact, the first couple of times were probably painful and not that enjoyable. Did they stop having sex? In almost all cases, they didn’t. Anal intercourse falls under the same guidelines for both genders; it takes practice to get accustomed to the activity. Pain is usually a sign that something is being performed incorrectly, not that the act is wrong. In most cases pain is due to a few reasons: the receiver is too tense and tightening, the giver is pushing too hard, there isn’t enough lubricant, or that the penis or toy is still too big to put in (based on current experience levels). Using fingers and smaller toys is the best way to get used to the feeling, and it is advised that you increase size a little at a time. Once you have become comfortable with the idea and concepts you will probably find it very pleasurable.

Any pain associated with anal sex is due to pressure or friction against the sphincter muscles. The best ways to reduce pain during anal sex is to get to know how your sphincter (and body) works and to properly lubricate.

Anal sex (whether stimulation from a finger, a toy, or the full Monty) is still a taboo subject for many people (and illegal is some states).

If you find that you can’t bring the subject up directly with your lover than you need to move forward with care and caution. And yes, some women might totally freak if you ask her about it casually, but in the heat of the moment if you play your cards right, she might find the sensation so pleasurable she totally forgets her inhibitions.

1. Always use a lubricant. Unlike the vagina, the small amount of mucus a rectum produces is completely insufficient for anal intercourse. Therefore anal penetration should always be accompanied with an ample supply of lubricant. Water-based lubricants are latex-compatible and highly recommended.

2. Stop immediately if your partner asks you to stop. If your partner is too tense to experiment, all forms of anal penetration will cause a great deal of pain. We are not saying to stop trying completely, just don’t push yourself onto your partner, as this will only result in a bad experience for them, and make them less willing to try again.

3. Take it slow. When experimenting with anal sex for the first few times, go slow. There is no rush and if you take your time you will probably both enjoy the experience. There should not be a great deal of forcing required. If lubricated properly, an object should slide in somewhat easily. We recommend using your fingers ahead of time to loosen them up first for the first few times.

4. Sufficient desire alone does not guarantee pleasurable anal sex. Read the other four points.

5. Always communicate with your partner. As with any sexual activity, communication is essential. Talk about what you want to do, discuss beforehand your desires, tell your partner what you like and don't like while engaging in anal intercourse. Basically, be open about your preferences and feelings, and, be receptive to theirs.

6. Use an anal enema prior to penis or sex toy insertion into the anal cavity. This increases cleanliness and decreases worry or stress about male infections, messing up the sheets, bed or floor. This will also increase the confort level of the receiver, male or female.

7. The second thing that I tell clients who ask for technique tips is to b-r-e-a-t-h-e into the experience. The anal sphincter muscles are tight bands that encircle the anal opening and control your bowel functions. If you try to penetrate them without breathing deeply, it will most likely cause you discomfort or pain.

8. Once your penis or sex toy has been inside the rectum, don't put them inside anywhere else until you have washed them. Carelessness in this regard can cause a very serious infection. Make sure to use copious amounts of a good lubricant, and start as slowly as possible the first few times.

Anal sex need not involve penile insertion. The active partner (male or female) may use appendages other than a penis, such as the fingers and a fist. The use of the mouth and tongue on the anus, called rimming or analingus is also common, often in conjunction with other sexual acts. He or she might also use an artificial device, often a phallic reproduction (dildo) or one that is generally engineered specifically for anal penetration (butt plug). A female using a strap-on dildo to anally penetrate a male is often referred to as pegging.[17] Due to the proximity of the prostate gland to the rectum, it has been suggested that males may achieve greater satisfaction in this manner than females.

Double Anal Sex
Double penetration for women can be one of the the most explosive orgasms that can be had, even with a vibrator or dildo in place of another penis. In fact with a dildo/vibrator it can be easier and more fun. Women report that using the thickest dildo that she can handle in the vagina and taking the the man in the ass produced the best orgasms for both the woman and man.

Anal Sex How Do You Do It?

It is recommended to build up to anal sex by trying anal stimulation prior to full penetration. For most people, the anal area is an important erogenous zone, as it is believed that stimulation of that area can be very pleasurable. However, the rectum is also very delicate and must be approached with care.

The easiest way to stimulate the anus is by rubbing your partner there during intercourse or whilst performing oral sex. Slowly massage the area with your cleansed and nail-trimmed fingers and see how your partner reacts. If she seems comfortable with the idea, then explore a little further (and deeper).
