Bondage (Vincilagnia -- arousal from bondage) Bondage refers to the act of restricting the movement of a person. Bondage can be physical or symbolic and may involve many different methods. Primitive cultures used bondage on stolen brides to prevent their escape. This form of bindings around the waist, legs, wrist and, according to some, the fingers.
