Orgasm (Acmegenesis) there isn't a general accepted definition of an orgasm. webster's third New International dictionary defines orgasm as:... intense or paroxysmal emotional excitement; the climax of sexual excitement typically occurring toward the end of coitus; usually accompanied in the male by ejaculation." according to this specific definition, ejaculation, which may view as the orgasm itself, is rather an accompanying an act of orgasm. a variety of consensus on orgasms now exists among sexologists. Over several years sexologist, Lila V Powers, and Michael E. Perry (link this to his site), believe there are four types of orgasms; plateau, tonic, clonic, fusion.
The Plateau orgasm has the whole body intensity, but does not include ejaculation and detumescence. Tonic orgasms are felt i the pelvic muscles and do not include ejaculation or detumescense. The sensations for clonic orgasm are felt primarily in the genital region and finally fusion orgasms include plateau, tonic, and clonic and does end in ejaculation and detumescene. Normal (or "fusion") orgasms adhere to the following physiological responses for each sex.

Orgasm is attainable throughout most of our lives. It has been acheived as early as six months old and by the age of five agenrally 50% of all boys could reach orgasm. Of course, this is without ejacualte because males do not produe perm until they are between the ages of eleven and seventeen.
Orgasmic sensations vary according to the degree of emotional, bichemical, or psychological intensity, most are within our power to regulate. The emotion of an orgasm in a visual sense varies from person to person. It could include the feeling of opening a dam, fireworks, and if the sensation is intense enough the heart rate incerases and is perceived as a glow in the pelivs or an overall body sensaiton of lumination.
