Pubic Hair Sculpturing – Public hair sculpturing is done by permanently removing hair falling on the outsides of the pattern a person has chosen or on a temporary basis with a Bare body shaver (link to toy) that includes templates. The most common shapes used in sculpturing are hearts and triangles. Shapes are more recognizable on people who have thick pubic hair.
Three methods used to accomplish permanent hair removal are electrolysis, thermolysis, and blend modalites which over the period of one to two years will destroy all the hair follicles. Permanent hair removal is considered painful and can cost up to $100 per hour and is generally not covered under medical plans. The Bare Body Shaver performs the same function as a dry shaver, but needs to be maintained on a regular basis.
