• It takes a tremendous amount of bandwidth, which costs money, to display all those pictures, video and sound files. The Paying members and new Intimate Reward members help to pay the cost of bandwidth and upgrades to the system.

• A real certified swinger is one that another, trusted, member of the site has vouched for, indicating that they personally know this person and that the person is who they say they are. Only a swinglifestyle community Paid members can certify or send a certificate to other members.

• This indicates that another paid member has certified that swinger as genuine by meeting them in person. At IA Members each time you receive a real swingers certificate you will also receive an additional swingers certified ribbon up to 5, once you hit 5 ribbons you will receive a Trophy.

• The IM is the Instant Messenger or private chat. When you first login, it always defaults to "On". You can click on the "IM is On" link ( in the upper left of your screen ) to turn it off and vice versa. When a user has the IM "On", you will see a "Private Chat" link by their profile listing. You can click on that to start a private chat session. We will hear a telephone ringing sound and be presented with a message to "Accept" or "Decline" the chat request. If they accept you should be able to start communicating. If they decline, you should receive a message in your chat window that they have declined your request.

• I cannot get chat to work! What do I do? Our Swinglifestyle Swingers Community chat server may go down from time to time. Just try again in a few minutes. If you are consistantly having trouble with chat, make sure that your browser and operating system are up to date. You can also try clearing out your browser cache and deleting any browser cookies associated with IA Members Swinglifestyle Community to "reset" your browser. Our Tech Support can provide you with more information, if you need it.

• You can ignore any specific user(s) you wish but only if you load chat with the "text user list" enabled. Unfortunatly, you can not save the ignore list for future sessions.

• You can not delete sent mail. Just like regular mail, once you send it, it belongs to the receiver.
• You can, however, hide that mail from your view. NOTE: If the recipient deletes your message, the message will be removed from your mail folder as well.

• It is generally considered the polite thing to do to respond to your messages, even if it is to say, "No thanks, not interested". You need not (and should not) reply to any rude / insulting messages or advertisements for products or services. In these cases, our advice is visit the users profile and under you custom menu click on spam, this will generate and immediate investigation by IA Members Support Team.

• Messages (and chat) should be used to communicate with other members in meaningful, positive ways. You should NEVER make any threats, insult other users, harass other users, or discuss illegal activities while using the site. IA Members Swingerlifestyle Community will not tolerate such behavior! Just have fun and enjoy meeting and talking to others with similar interests.

• You can upload pictures of yourself (or your partner for a couple). Pictures must contain at least one of the profile owners in them and can contain absolutely NO children or anything illegal. Swinglifestyle pictures of cartoons, drawings, landscapes, or objects are not acceptable. Pictures cannot list any web addresses or any commercial advertising. Single profiles should only have pictures of the male or female. No pictures of just a female in a male profile and vice versa. Please use the best quality picture that you can. No one wants to view dark, low quality pictures or pictures with lots of cut-outs or blocked out area. You can see a sample of swinger pics and rate a swinger here
